Envirnmental Day Observance

World Environmental Day observed at the school in a suitable manner. Medicinal and non medicinal plants supplied by the Kerala Social Forestry Department were planted in the school compound by students and teachers. A meeting conducted to spread the awareness of environmental protection. Sr.Brigit inaugurated the observance by distributing tree saplings to students. Ms. Ranjini spoke on the need of protecting our environment from different kind of pollution and she explained the background of the observance under UN. Mr.Majeesh sang the environmental song and pupils repeated it. Aswathy school leader administered the environmental pledge. They took an oath that the campus will be free of plastics.
